Customer Feedback Dashboard – Power BI Project for Hospitality Industry

I designed this interactive Customer Feedback Dashboard using Microsoft Power BI to help hospitality managers understand guest satisfaction trends and make informed service improvements.

This dashboard consolidates data into an engaging one-page report, making it easy for non-technical users to explore feedback patterns, Net Promoter Scores, and customer behavior with just a few clicks.
